This volume gathers the principal theological treatises of Muhammad ibn Yusuf al-Sanusi, one of the most influential scholars of Sunni creed in the Ashʿari tradition. Renowned for presenting complex theological concepts in a clear and graduated manner, al-Sanusi composed a series of texts ranging from concise primers for beginners to detailed expositions for advanced students.
The collection includes his celebrated Umm al-Barahin (al-ʿAqidah al-Sughra), al-ʿAqidah al-Wusta, al-ʿAqidah al-Kubra, Sughra al-Sughra, al-Muqaddimat, and other concise creedal works, many accompanied by the author's own commentaries.
