Now What?

After investigations we have determined that the huge problems we faced with this shipment originated at the port of origin, Karachi. The container was unloaded for an intensive exam by Customs and ANF (Anti Narcotic Force) but missed nearly 350 boxes  when it was reloaded after the exam. Nearly one third of the boxes did not make it to us. We still don't know where they are.

We understand the frustration you have faced with all this. We are trying to get the replacements quickly. We will get some of the replacements by air. Others by Ocean cargo.  Please stay tuned for updates regarding the replacements. Also please email us with your requirements, both urgent and those for which you can wait. This will help us plan the replacements.
