Shipment Arrived. But....

Alhamdulillah, our much delayed shipment finally arrived yesterday afternoon. But something happened that had never happened before and which we never expected could happen. When we opened the sealed container, we found nearly 400 boxes missing from a total of more than 1000 boxes.

The shipment was subjected to exams in Pakistan and again in the USA. These exams were conducted without the presence of any of our representatives. It was certainly in one of these exams that the mishap occurred. We are contacting the authorities to investigate.

When a large shipment arrives, it takes time to open it, place the boxes on the shelves and map out where each item is. Now, in addition to that we also have to identify the boxes that were included in the packing list but did not make it to us. Only then we will know which of the orders cannot be filled because the books needed for them were in the missing boxes.

We will try to fulfill the pending orders (that can be filled) as speedily as possible.
