al-Fatāwā al-Tatārkhāniyyah (الفتاوى التتارخانية) is a classical work of Hanafi fiqh compiled by ʿAllāmah ʿĀlim ibn al-ʿAlāʾ al-Anṣārī al-Dihlawī in 777 AH at the request of the ruler Amir Tatarkhan—hence its title. The work is also known as Zād al-Musāfir and Zād al-Safar.
This carefully researched edition was edited by Qadi Sajjad Husain, who prepared it from original manuscripts in 1404 AH.
