Its carefully organized presentation makes it especially valuable for muftis, judges, and advanced students of Hanafi jurisprudence.
The work focuses on presenting authoritative and preferred positions (al-rajih wa al-mu‘tamad) in a precise and accessible manner, making it a useful reference for those engaged in the study and application of Hanafi law.
This deluxe new edition has been carefully edited and annotated by Hussam Hussein Al-Hamad. It is further enriched with selected marginal notes and explanatory material drawn from Al-Ikhtiyarat Sharh al-Nuqayah by Shaykh Abd al-Wahid al-Mashhadi (الشيخ عبد الواحد المشهدي).
