The importance of this study is in its being one of the major academic accomplishments made by Muslim mathematicians in a rare specialised mathematical subject, namely the operations on Irrational Radicals for Neophytes, a concept which the author explains in detail, thus giving it a unique standing amongst other fields of mathematics.
The uniqueness of the present work also lies in its using a variety of symbols and in the accuracy of its unprecedented findings. The work is also characterised by its methodic, logical and systematic approach of this specialist subject which deals with many rules of mathematics that have remained unchallenged and accepted until today.
As for the manuscript featured, it was edited to a high standard and is a unique and rare original of which no other copies exist in any library, and it is comprehensive in its treatment of operations on irrational radicals.
