Cancellations and Changes

Normally we entertain requests for cancellation or changes in your order if the order has not been processed. However, once processed, we cannot cancel or change an order. Special Orders cannot be cancelled at all.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return any book in its original condition for a full refund of the product cost (less shipping and handling). You are responsible for paying shipping charges to return the book to us. We regret that returns cannot be offered on special orders. If a discount was given when you purchased it (free shipping is a form of discount) then the discounted price will be refunded. 

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

Step 1: Go to your order page

If you do not have an account with us:

Use the "Track my order(s)" form under "Account" to get a link to your order details. Fill out your order ID and click the --> arrow. You will get a secure link via email on the email address associated with the order. Use this link to access the order page.

If you have an account with us:

Login to your account and access your order from the Orders link.

Step 2: Request an RMA

  • Once you've accessed your order, click on the "Request a replacement or refund" link at the top-right of the page (under your order ID) to start the RMA request process. 
  • Fill out the form:
    • Select whether you need a refund or replacement
    • Selecting the item(s) you would like to return, quantity, and the reason .
    • Enter any comments for clarification.
  • Click on the "Return" button to submit the request.

When filling out the request, be sure to accurately select whether you are requesting a "Refund" or wanting to "Replace item"

Step 3: Wait for Approval

Once we receive the RMA request we will review it and approve it if it meets the criteria.

Step 4: Send the items back to us

Once the RMA is approved, please package the items carefully and ship them back to us.  For your protection we recommend that you use a service that provides tracking and coverage for shipment, such as Fedex or USPS Priority Mail / Parcel Post. No refunds can be issued for items not received by Albalagh Bookstore. Please make sure that the items are returned securely and in original condition.

Important:
  • Be sure to include the RMA number in the package.
  • After you have sent the parcel, please inform us of that by sending an email to store@albalagh.net

Step 5: Return complete

Once we receive the items, we'll issue the refund. You will be notified via e-mail of your refund.
