The Holy Scriptures examined in the light of modern knowledge.
Originally written by Imam ibn Hazm al-Andalusi. Published by Darul-Falah, Damascus.
This book is based on research on Paul and his life as founder and an architect of Christianity. While some have argued, from the period in which he lived up until today, that Paul was a lunatic who thought himself to be the chosen one with his God-given inspiration, some on the otehr hand have defended the view that he is one of the most important figures, if not the central figure, in the history of Christianity.
In 1974 The National Assembly of Pakistan, through a historic constitutional amendment, declared the Ahmadis or Qadianis to be a non-Muslim minority. This book contains the case made by the ulama for this judgment. It incorporates both theological and historic arguments and cites extensively the Qadiani sources. Originally written by Mufti Taqi Usmani and Maulana Samiul Haq in Urdu, it was translated into English by Maulana Wali Razi.
Translation of the work by Dr. Muhammad Taqi al-Deen Al-Hilali. Dr. Hilali (1893-1987) narrates his encounters with various Christian missionaries in as varied places as Germany and India, and gives befitting answers to the questions they normally raise in talks with Muslims. The narrative is absorbing and aslo gives us a good exposure into the mindset of the missionaries at the turn of the previous century.
History of Christianity in the light of the Qur'an. Compiled by Naeem Siddiqi from the writings of Maulana Abul A'la Mawdudi.
This is a study of Ibn Hazm's Kitab al-Fasl fi al-Milal wa al-Ahwa wa al-Nihal.
This book attempts to bring out the truth about the expectation of Prophet Muhammad as the bearer of the final message to mankind. In addition to the Hindu scriptures Vedas and Puranas, the book also unearths the 'pointer' in Buddhist, Christian and Jewish scriptures.
The holy scriptures of the three Abrahamic religions share some of the main aspects of historical events which happened after Prophet Abraham. One topic which reveals many such shared aspects is the story of Moses who rose up against the despotic Pharaoh. The events during the period are important to the Muslims, Jews and Christians, and in many cases form the basis of the history and rituals of the three religions. This work is a comparative study of the Biblical and Qur'anic narrations of the story of Moses and Pharaoh. In doing so, Dr Maurice Bucaille, author of the bestselling 1976 treatise, The Bible, The Qur'an and Science, carefully avoids theoretical and speculative views in an attempt to cope only with facts.
A very comprehensive and robust expose of the Qadiani religion. Their history, theology, beliefs of Muslims regarding finality of prophethood and the coming of the Masiah, and positions of ulama regarding them.
