A new edition based on manuscripts not previously used as well as on other sources, with notes and comments. A collection of poetry of the famous Sahabi and poet, Hassan ibn Thabit. Includes explanations of difficult words. Research and comments by Dr. Walid Arafat. Volume 1 consists of the poems with references and the variations found in the different sources. Volume 2 consists of commentary on the poems including explanations of meanings and the context for the ash'aar whenever available. An impressive effort has gone into the compilation of this work.
