Juz' Tabarak is the twenty-ninth section of the Qur'an and contains many short chapters which are easy to commit to memory. That said, it is also true that many of those who commit these verses to memory have little or no idea of their meaning and importance.

Like other guides to good health, Healing Body & Soul advocates abandoning an unhealthy diet and altering a sedentary lifestyle, but this book goes beyond the mere physical aspects of health. The book is divided into five chapters, each concerning one of the five components that make up your body, mind, and soul, clarifying in each chapter how to look after that part of you and keep it healthy. During the course of the book you will notice how these bodies are interconnected; the health of one is highly dependent on the wellbeing of the others, so that a happy, healthy life entails a balance between all of them. The book's message: Live holistically taking care of all of 'You': your body, mind, heart, and soul.
From the back of the book: Bent Rib: A Journey Through WomenÆs Issues in Islam is the result of the author's exploration of a number of issues surrounding Muslim women, especially those which critics of Islam use as ammunition. These are issues which are concern to all Muslim women. Bent Rib examines a number of controversial issues such as domestic violence, female genital mutilation and failure to educate girls, and points out the divergence between Islamic teaching and actual culturally-influenced, practice. The problem is not Islam itself, but un-Islamic practices that are prevalent in many communities, a situation which has to be addressed.
Some of the major tribulations of human existence are the consequences of committing sins and spreading evil into the world. According to the moral scale of Islam, it is known that man is imperfect and fallible and prone to committing sins. This is part of his innate weak nature as a finite limited creature. However, it is a sin if he has the ways and means to attain relative moral perfection and deliberately chooses not to seek it.
A faithful rendering of Ibn Kathir's Qasas Al-Anbiya. This material forms part of his greater work Al-Bidayah wan-Nihayah. Traces the lives of the Prophets, alayhim-us-salam: how they proclaimed the message of Allah; induced their people to follow the right path; and endured persecution at the hands of their people.
The renowned contemporary Arab historian of Islam, Dr. Ali M. Sallabi has written a fascinating biography of a man who looms larger than life throughout history, yet who remains largely unknown to people outside of the Arab world.
Dr. Sallabi's meticulous research has effectively filled that gap in our knowledge. His work is more than just a biography, as the readers will see.
